im starting a poll. after reading the 9/11 article in this months hustler mag and looking hard at all the facts for a few weeks im convinced it was an inside job. i wish it were the terrorists, but better to face the truth no matter how hard it is - ive come to the conclusion that any open minded person can figgure it out.
google halifaxion and watch a few of those vids. also google 911 proof. after you do post a response and tell me if you still think it were a group of ragtag arabs who made those towers fall down. dont post a reply until you've given it some real open minded analysis. and dont post bullshit remarks about tinfoil hats or call me a conspiracy nut. i'm a republican traditionally and if larry flint and all these 100s of whistleblowers are calling it an inside job, i think we should all give it serious consideration. i read a zogby poll that half of NY thinks the govt, in one way or another, was behind 9/11.

Theres many different issues involved here.

A few things i think are pretty clear..

The crashes WERE the result of "ragtag" terrorists. I think most sane people can agree on this as we saw most of it live on t.v.

I dont think anyone rational actually believes the u.s. "planned" 9/11.

What is more concerning is the u.s. "involvement" or "lack of involvement" , thats where the issue is i think with the majority of americans..

Put it this way , If i am a bridge building company and i notice a bridge is falling apart and tell the people to make the appropriate fixes to the bridge , i stand to make LESS money than if i just wait for it to fall apart oneday and they will need a whole new bridge.

I think that most americans are concerned there are elements of the government that ignored evidence/warnings for the exact reasons i just pointed out.. $$$$

Inside job :2 cents:

As much of a tragedy as 9/11 was, I think what has transpired since is far worse - invading Iraq under false pretexts, fabricating false evidence and lying to the American people to garner support for the war, crafting legislation that is in effect a partisan end-around of the existing security infrastructure, enacting legislation under the guise of anti-terrorism which is an assault on the freedom and liberty of all Americans, operating a network of torture prisons around the world, denying prisoners of the most basic rights, avoiding inspection of their deeds, propping up unpopular governments...etc.

Please let us never forget the 3,000+ service people that have given their lives, and the tens of thousands of soldiers scarred for life, in carrying out such a misguided policy. Nor should we forget the tens of thousands, and quite possibly hundreds of thousands, of innocent people killed in the crossfire.

President Bush (as well as VP Cheney) should resign or be impeached...

I am of the belief that when those planes struck, certain people within our government knew it was going to happen. They may not have known the exact details, but they knew it was coming.

I think the main questions we need to ask are:

1. Did they have the resources to stop it, but just let it happen to set the stage for a military opperation in the middle east?

2. Did they not have the resources to stop it, and just stood back and let the inevitable happen?

It may have even been both.

Just imagine if a week before 9/11 they announced that terrorists were about to implement a huge attack, but they didn't have all the details to stop it. Flights could have been grounded for a month. It would have been a financial and psychological disaster worse than what ended up happening.

You can take any incident seen by multiple people and everyone will walk away with a different vesion of the story. This is called "human nature".

Does anyone think that the Bush administration could pull off something of this scope and size and get away with it? That's a bit far fetched.

Did anyone in our government know about it? They sure did. Didn't one of the terrorists attempt flight school in Phoenix, and a report was filed saying that he was only interested in taking off - not landing? At the same time, I'm sure there are thousands of odd reports filed by the FBI on a daily basis - and not enough manpower to look at 1/10 of them.

I can't say that it came from the president or even anyone around him, but on some level, it was an inside job without question. There is just too much evidence out there that points to a controlled demolition.

I'm not a loon who thinks everyone is out to get me. I am simply basing my thought on the information available to me at this time. I have seen people try to debunk what happened in regards to it being an inside job, but there is just way to much evidence out there AND evidence they will not release that makes me suspicious.

If the government was smart, lol, they would have released information that they terrorist also blew the building up from the bottom or places explosives throughout the building to cause the squibs that you can see as it's falling. However, they want to stick to their airplane theories and that hurts their credibility. Airplanes alone did NOT bring those buildings down, and building 7 should not have fallen at all.
