We are looking for an individual designer we can work with, not a company, outsourcing provider, or group of designers. If you are offshore, you should be willing to be on ICQ during some hours that are reasonable for US west coast people (in other words, we don't want to be talking to you at 2AM our time.)

Please post either a link to a portfolio or some sample banners. We're looking for gif banners with quality animation (not one tiny little moving part of an otherwise static banner.)
