Looks pretty good. I personally prefer a few smaller pics as opposed to one big one. Gives more space for alt tags too.

I've been trying out 200 x 250 on some of my blogs, mpbabes.com do even smaller and still look good.

I dont see any need to give the surfer anything higher res for free :)

I did take a look and all I can see is links to other sites, not sure what I'm looking for.
