I can see how people can lose weight with NutriSystem
 

So i ordered a 5 week supply of nutrisystem meals after seeing 94875432 of their commercials on tv. The food absolutley SUCKSSS. makes you want to just skip meals.
Did manage to drop 4 pounds in the first week tho, so atleast i have that going for me.

according to the ads the food tastes great with big man sized portions.

"man sized portions" lol. but then again, my main problem was eating huge portions at meals, so i guess these tiny meals are a good thing.

Just do it on your own with food you like. But instead of eating a huge plateful just have a smaller portion. Then eat like every 3 hours and you will be fine.

Haha I tried nutrisystem too. I lost about 15lbs before I gave up.The food tastes like shit, I still have about 2 weeks worth of food left.

Eric is right, that's how I lost weight. Portion control and don't eat so much sugar/bread.

Boom done.

I ordered a month's supply after hearing how good it was... Ate a few of their meals and the rest is sitting in a box somewhere which i have to either dump or find someone to donate em to.
