Well he should be alright, Presedential Pardons come down end of 2008. :)

This has more serious implications for the Bush Whitehouse, as it would appear to support the concept that that the source for the "leak" would go all the way back to the VP and possibly the President himself.

...and to think they went after Clinton for something as innocent as a blowjob.

4 outta 5 ain't bad, but 5 outta 5 sure would have trumped it.

Hopefully now he'll make a deal and expose the real source of the intentional 'leak'. He's a loyal soldier though, so he'll take the whole fall I think.

He's the sacrificial lamb for the ones guilty of much more.

Of course he'll get pardoned .. It's a long standing tradition in US politics. Both Democrats and Republicans do it.

I bet he gets Marth Stewarts cell.
