It must be getting sign ups, because I can't fathom the massive stupidity it would take to leave that banner up if it was just pissing everyone off like it seems to be doing.

Why is it that when I make a thread about the annoying as fuck banner I get aussies telling me to turn my volume down, but anyone else complains and suddenly everyones annoyed.
