Fucking Pool!

This is some fucked up shit. I moved down to Vegas about a month ago and got a house with a pool...Anyway the fucking pool water won't heat up even though it has a little heat lamp in it. Shit is like 80 degrees and to us that is freeeeezing cold...

How the hell do you warm that shit up? Figured hell it get's hot in Vegas the damn pool should warm the hell up at least.
