Anyone going?

SXSWi is a mainstream show that has become sort of an incubator for social networking and community trends. The people behind Blogger, Flickr, Orkut, BitTorrent, consumating, and more have been going for years. (long before "blog" was a word.) I find it to be a massive jolt to my creativity.

AmeliaG, Seska, and I are doing a panel on Saturday at the Interactive portion of the conference.

i've been to sxsw before, (not the interactive or film part)...the MUSIC festival is kick ass!!!

Amazing!! All of those minds melding together in one place. Great city, from what I've heard.

I'd love to attend this sometime ... would be great.

As far as TX is concerned, Austin ranks up there as one of the better cities I have been to.

Yup. This is the best city in TX by far. One of the top cities in the country as far as I'm concerned.

It is insane here when SXSW hits. Packed.

100% humidity in the summer and 100% precipitation in the spring keeps it from being tops in the country.
