If I want my funeral to be a certain way, is there a document I can have drafted to make sure it happens?

I want the hearse to be equipped with a super loud sound system on full blast playing "Another One Bites The Dust" by Queen with a bunch of Voodoo style dancers dancing in front of it marching down the street.

DUDE!! Move to Cali, You can do a "Pre-funeral" so you can actually be there. Or a "Living Funeral" It's cool, all your friends come and basically send you off.

That sounds great - you could really liven it up and top yourself at the end!!

I think your main hurdle would be getting the city permits for the dancers walking down the street.

Aside from that, outline and pay for it up front, and they should do whatever you like - especially if you foot the bill on your lawyer attending the event in an official capacity while being privy to all the contracts...

Otherwise, whoever may be footing the bill at the time - well, i reckon it's their call... even if you left them the funds to cover the expenses.
