heh, last i checked, FCI was still charging somewhat premium rates. don't me wrong, they're multi-homed with a lot of good carriers.. but if you're just looking to beat based on price, it should be easy to beat.

Do you think FCI's biggest customers get charged anywhere near that rate? Think again :)
