A lot of fish are worse than pork. My old roomie was a sous chef and she showed me what some fish fillets do when they hit a hot pan. Some of that shit will make you sick just looking at it. Under no circumstances should you ever eat swordfish. You can't imagine how many worms and parasites come up to the surface of the fillet when they start to get hot.

Not sure if the video is real, with the cut away and all. Freezing meat as the same effect as cooking it for killing most worms/parasites. So unless that was fresh from the butcher, it's likely fake. But pork is still the type of meat above the rest you want to make sure is properly cooked.
