Can US companies do this?
 
Can US companies engage in illegal businesses as long as they are legal in the country where they are done? My idea is to set up a business in Brasil or a more frinedly country to hold my adult stuff. Then if any of these horrific acts by the US govt come to pass my stuff could still run where it is. Seems legal? I know gambling sites do not qualify.

You would be amazed. i get tons of good advice from this board. And i have gotten tons fo shit advice from attornies so hard to fault my methods.

advice that might help secure a server, make members happier or make or lose you money is a little different than advice that would lead you to comitt 10-20 federal crimes.
