Ping plugin for WordPress MU

I am using Wordpress MU for my blogs and I can't find a ping plugin that will automatically ping services I specify every time I update my blog. I have googled my ass off but can?f find anything. I am sure there must be something out there. Paid or free?

Anyone knows??

It's a nice one but you can't add your own URL's to other services. You can only ping those they have listed
