Tropical Storm?
well, it depends how close to hurricane cat1 it is, last one I had to endure was basically lots of water and air (don't go out of your house or you'll be blown away) and lots of felled trees, if you have one over the convention, you won't be going outside much, if it's just close by, I guess you can expect to have lots of rain and ugly skies.
