Legal action, how I should go about it? (Broker ripped me off)
 

I ordered traffic from a member here, the test went fine (it was for a few hundred $) so I sent a few thousand, and a month later I still had no traffic. I was trying to be patient, so finally traffic started and it was in the amount of only a couple K a day, and I needed much more. The traffic was entirely different from the test I had, it went from like 1min+ time user on page, to 3 seconds. I suspect it was pop ups, being faked as regular traffic. Anyway, the broker states they need to wait a month to get the money back (which well, they should have cash in hand to handle refunds). I say okay, understanding they are still working on things. Month later, no money. I call, text, im (three different screennames). The calls and texts go unanswered, the screennames magically sign off when I im them. What legal action should I take here? I've been patient, and just gotten screwed over. I don't post here much, so all help is appreciated. Thank you.

- if ya didnt lose much dont waiste your energy trying to get 'not much' back
- focus on making more money .. not recouping lost money

Call from a blocked number, or with a calling card, or a payphone... usually works.

Well, I think I will make a detailed post tomorrow about who it is, what happened exactley. I don't want anyone else getting screwed over by this guy too.

Sounds like you got scammed by Clickadulttraffic, next time do a search here first before you make a purchase. Hate to sound negative, but all you'll get is non productive foreign traffic if you're lucky and you won't get your money back.
