Do those numbers include affiliates who sent traffic but have no sales? There are no 0:xxx entries which seems unlikely...

Dunno about the merchant admin but in the affiliate admin you specifically need to check a box to include that, and show your true ratio. :thumbsup

huh? the 0:0's are affiliates who sent traffic but no sales that day so they are included. unless you know something i don't know.

oh - yeah you're right in that respect, the ratio is for just people who did make a sale on the day(s) you select.

this is the ratio for all affiliates since the beta began, and because there are some people who only have 0-20 clicks a day to send there are a few who haven't made a sale yet so they thrown it off a couple points - 1:288.7 - includes all types of traffic.
