Project Leader, Frontman, Traffic Manager and Overall - DETAILS INSIDE!

A group of people that I am pretty close with are venturing into a new market and are seeking someone equivalent to what I am I guess.

Qualified candidate will be able to take a project plan from inception to completion. Prior or present traffic managers and or directors of current online entities are ideal. Candidate will organize and execute b2b deals to accomplish the project. Analyze initial metrics and projects progression and make modifications to maintain the projects success. Experience in the adult Internet space is mandatory. Candidate should possess 4+ years experience in management of online adult industry companies, strong marketing and business development background, and strong relationship building skills. Applicant must be a disciplined self-starter interested providing direction to company to foster growth. Salary is commensurate with experience, and generous bonus structure is offered.

The company is large, established online subscription based adult company expanding into new territories.

man, if I still lived in LA I would probably jump on that, shane's world was always such a great company, and one of the few I would abandon my work from home life for

hollywood!!! NOOOOOOOO!

LOL...tell you what, if you can get me a place on the beach, rent paid for a year, and move us out there, we will do it! haha

the worst part about LA is actually being in LA....if we never had to go to LA except to work it would have been all right....the beach is where it is at there

That's why I love Venice ;)

As to Airek's main post here, I know the company in question. They'll pay well for the right person, but you better know what you're doing, since the management portion of it will be considerable. Will be a great offer for someone, that's for sure.

tony286 03-03-2007 07:18 PM

Jace you should really think about it, you would shine.

some may be confused. the company in question is NOT shanes world. they have me. this project leader, frontman, make things happen person that they are seeking is for another well established very successful company.

i do however need to hire someone to join my team and work directly with me as a content manager and html/php person.

thanks.

:thumbsup

Aric 03-03-2007 07:51 PM

bump :pimp

seeric 03-05-2007 09:09 AM

and now i go back to work.

some have asked why i do not take this position. well, to be quite honest, i am a loyal person and have a commitment to shane's world to finish their v2.0 rebuild. i do not bail on people until i've done my duty, and then i only bail for more money.

so, if the right candidate for running this other company is out there, please find us and i'll get you a job.

peace.

seeric 03-05-2007 10:59 PM

bumpddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

Why do you think they're in online porn? Because they hate jobs. :)

i guess one will never know unless they actually were motivated enough to go through the process to find out.

not many opportunities worth their weight are going to post on a message board, "Hey we are giving 150k for this position".

everything worth anything takes effort. sadly in this business not many people have the drive or motivation to even go through an interview process, thus the difficulty in finding people responsible and motivated enough to build and run a project of this magnitude.

:2 cents: :2 cents:

this is not for shane's world. i am that person for shane's world, this is for the other opportunity.
