Danielle Van Dam Murder, Is Westerfield Guilty ?
 

What do you guys think ?? That's a tough case. I don't see how they can convict the guy though because for one, they don't have him placed anywhere in her house and for another, there's no case for the murder, they have no idea how exactly the girl was killed, so how can they paint a picture of what exactly happend. I just don't think that there's enough to convict the guy.

It's a screwy case though, like how he brought clothes to the dry cleaners with blood on them, that doesn't look too good, but then again, the girl didn't have any wounds on her, so that's pretty messed up there, BUT like I said above, there's nothing more than that, no conclusions can be drawn from that.

Without being on the jury, it's hard to say. The press will give you their story, which you can base your decision on, but they don't tell you everything. If he is guilty, I hope he gets death. That may help send the message out to other would be sex offenders and child kidnappers. If he's not, it's pretty sad that there is someone still out there who did it.
