No "new mail" icon when using Outlook at the taskbar anymore, how do I get it back?

You know, when using Outlook in Windows XP, you always get the "new mail" icon on the taskbar when you receive some new e-mail.

Since a few weeks that icon is gone for me, anyone knows how do I get it back?

I have no idea, I am using Mozilla Thunderbird. And it shows fine. SO FAR! Let's just hope it continues to do so! :)
