I highly doubt .xxx will pass anyways. No adult webmaster worth his salt wants it, and most conservative groups oppose it on the grounds of "it will make the porn industry legitimate" (despite the fact that it's the adult industry that made it possible for them to post such crap on the Internet...gotta love biting the hand that's fed you).
