I am familiar with Premiere Pro and Studio, but they dony offer descent menu making facilites.

DVD Studio Pro, the best there is.

DVD Studio Pro is what we use for our DVDs. Its menu options are very advanced, and of course you can write the code yourself if you want to.

Mac only, it's part of the FCP studio package. only way to get it is to by the studio package, it's not sold seperately anymore. But f you are going to do real video and DVD production, you should be using a Mac anyway.

Try Adobe Encore DVD or DVD Menu Studio. Have you truly explored the menu features of Adobe Premiere Pro? I've seen some amazing menu's created with Premiere Pro.

DVD Architect 4.0 from Sony, one of the best :)

DVD-lab PRO is similar, but for Windows. We've used that as well.

Adobe Encore is what I use. Of course, one has to do most of the video editing work in Premiere Pro and the menu design work in Photoshop, then put it all together and set the navigation and other behavior in Encore itself.
