to tell you the truth i have been to busy to even weigh in, i will let you know in a few days.

i took an one hour walk yesterday and I try to eat far less, I want to get into perfect shape so I need to lose like 20-20 lbs

im more motivated than ever, so it should be easily doable IMO.... although you can bet that i'd like to call and order a pizza right now :Oh crap
