I'd think that it's something that the GFY staff wouldn't want to get political about either way.

If it's important enough, which I - personally - feel it is, the community'll keep it up top when called for, I imagine.

Well you are wrong about that, some of the biggest programs and studios have already wrote letters the first round against .XXX....as well as Larry Flynt from Hustler.

Why GFY...will not pin this, that is something to ask them directly.

yes, i know several did sent letters, but many did not,, I am referring to those that did not..

agreed, I made a thread trying to understand the reasons they don't put a few lines about it and a link to a good resource explaining what and why the affiliate webmaster should care:

there might be several reasons why they dont pin it, but IMO pinning doesn't help, personally I often skip the pinned threads, my mind doesn't even notice them

Because "would you hit it" is much more important to GFY.

I thought I read a while back that Lensman supported .xxx. Not sure if he still thinks that way or not but that could be one reason not to pin it.
