What is ePassporte's priority? Gambling or Adult?

With all the issues lately and that they haven't addressed the gambling issue, it's got me to wondering where their priority is. Do they make more money from adult or from gambling? If you were running the company and the majority of your money came from gambling, would you let the adult side suffer? Would you ride the gambling gravy train as long as you could before finally giving it up? Would you spin off a seperate entity to handle one or the other?

Given what's happened, my gut says that gambling is their priority. Of course they could never admit either way and any statement about this couldn't be taken seriously given companies "lie" all the time in order to not cause a mass exodus etc., but it's something to think about.

What do you think?

My buddy alchemist and I were just talking about this. Adult probably makes them more money, but I'm sure gambling can offer them huge profit as well...

If push comes to shove I think they'd pick Adult over gambling, but things haven't escalated to that level yet.

As far as I understand, there are hundreads of thousands of cards that were issued (gift cards)... and they have other compagny names. That's what was said on the boards a while ago.

i'm pretty sure online gambling dwarfs adult.

Push has come to shove. They are losing people's money hand over fist and they refuse to comment other than to say they are installing new phone lines...

If you have any money in epass right now you deserve to lose.

Gambling is a much bigger industry than adult. Lots more money. I bet they'll do their utmost to get a solid foothold in the gambling market and might even sacrifice adult while at it.

I disagree... right now as it stands they haven't pissed off people enough to stop using their service. The fact remains that they are already very established in Adult, most affiliate programs use them for paying their affiliates, and there is pretty much no stable, long-known alternative out there.

Push has not come to shove. Maybe if someone opened up a strong alternative and programs/affiliates and adult webmasters started sending their money through it, ePass might then take action.
