MajorPay.com Up For Sale - We are leaving adult...
 

Conglomerate Marketing has finally made the move into mainstream...we are leaving adult :( . In an attempt to get out of the adult business, we are starting by selling our affiliate program - MajorPay.com
This includes everything that comes with it...the domain, the website, name recognition, all the adult content, 10 awesome hardcore niche sites (go to www.MajorPass.com to see them all), full MPA3 program, and all the other goods that come with a fully loaded affiliate program. We currently have almost a thousand active members and the numbers are still climbing.
We have been doing heavy advertising with XBIZ and AVN, among other things. We also sponsored the XBIZ Awards a few weeks ago as some of you may remember.
The only thing we will be taking with us are the dating sites...for now.
After speaking with a few brokers, the site has valued at approximately $80,000...which basically just sums up what we spent over the last 6-8 months revamping the site and advertising it and what not.
We will accept any reasonable offers as we are not looking to make a profit, but just to get somewhere in the range of what we spent.

It was bad timing on our part. We had commited to it a long time ago...
In any event, it actually made the website much more valuable. The XBIZ show was a great push for MajorPay.

I think we will be hanging on to AffairMatch.com for a bit still...unless you can make us an offer we cant refuse, lol.

Nope...we werent a gay program, but we did have a gay dating site up there for a bit with the other dating sites.
Our program did its best business through our hardcore sites.

now that really is quite a surprise...what are the major reasons for leaving adult?

I guess the major reasons are because of a couple of rather large projects we have in the works right now. I cant really speak too much about them at the moment, but I promise you will hear all about it in due time.
In any case, these new projects are taking up almost all our time...and we anticipate that we will be even busier as things begin unfolding. We have already begun the hiring process to avoid being understaffed and its a great opportunity for the company to take a leap into the mainstream world.

I dont think we will be moving too far away from the adult business anyways, we love it here way too much...and it is the reason we can afford to move on to these new ventures.

out of curiousity ... 1000 active website members? daily joins? # of affiliates?

It was sort of a miscommunication thing...it definately wasn't a money thing.
We are very good about paying what we owe.

AdultSpace is still pretty small, so we figured if there someone out there will to pay 5.5 mill for it now, who knows what it might be worth later on down the line.

5.5 mil would of took it and ran lol . Holding out isnt always the best.
