Designers: I need a Flash job done now, RUSH JOB!!
 

We need a flash file made. Their file size info says 290 x 185, and 4:3 ratio. Not sure what that means.

This needs to be completed by the 6th. please provide contact info if you can get it done by then. I don't need any more designers that can't respond in a timely manner.
