Epic Cash and I parted ways, and I wasn't a rep for them, my job was to develop and market new sites.

high speed + torrent type download sites = not many people paying for porn anymore. :(

What my posts aren't as good now because I advertise a company that I do business with and recommend to colleagues off the boards? I now all of a sudden have some ulterior motive for being here even though I registered this nick back in 2001 and until a few months ago I didn't have a sig at all.

And yeah, I "just make galleries", it's either that or do the fries at Mickey D's, but at least this way I get to look at porn and keep my complexion clear.

No I don't make galleries for other people. I make my own galleries and then pay TGP's to send traffic to them.

If you're not at risk of going bankrupt, then you're not pushing your business hard enough.

That being said, this thread was made more to poke fun at affiliate reps than anything else.

I have had a really shitty start to the year though, another month or two of this and I'll be in big trouble for sure.

when sales are bad, I admit it but February was nice for me...And March looks promising too :)

Feb was a good month for me really, in the top 4 of the past 12.

February had 28 days in it this month. That means that those 3 days missing are pretty much equal to 10% of January being gone. Or March. Or July.

Then you add in all the chargebacks that come in February from tax prep and looking at the holiday bills, it's a bitch.

February is never a very good month for anything retail.

February is always a slow month. Was for me this month too. Conversions not so hot.

Feb was a shitty month indeed.. 28 days ok, but conversions went down the toilet too.

This week is another story though - it's already my best one to date. Go figure.

Yeah I accounted for the shorter month in my projections...the productivity from the traffic just wasn't there though.
On one site that I normally make a mint from conversions literally doubled for the month. It was an odd series of events for me the whole month.

Hopefully March gets back to normal.

Nobody is giving this guy shit? Whether or not he can make a gallery really doesn't really matter much as he is the one admitting that he is broke and on the verge of bankruptcy.

Personally I had a very decent month even though galleries are not my thing as there is little to no money in strictly being a gallery maker. Making the easy big money in galleries is over imho those were the good old days.:winkwink:

You see an article that tells you sponsors have been lying to you for years, "non exclusive content is saturated and the surfer will not join or charge back if we have it" and what do you do? You flame me for telling you I've been telling you this for years. The place non exclusive is saturated is in the affiliates free content area. Saturated because sponsors make is so easy to be an affiliate. The saturation issue applies to exclusive as well, just not as badly if non exclusive is allowed to be given to affiliates.

But all you do is follow the leader like lambs. You support the characters who tell you what to do. I preach, but do you listen?
