Fuskem.com - WTF????

Hey everyone!

Today I checked the stats for one of my sites and found about 20k hits within a few days and a LOT of bandwidth usage from one source http://www.fuskem.com! I never heard of that URL before, so I had a look and couldn't believe what I found. It's a script which allows users to enter an URL in a certain format (picture folder and a placeholder) and all pictures matching with that format are imported into their search engine and then HOTLINKED from their site. When you search for "russian" at that goddamn site, 2 of my freesites are right on top with all the images loading directly from my server.

So, has anyone ever heard of that Fuskem site? Maybe someone knows who's running it? I now e-mailed them and asked for immediate removal of all links to my site, but somehow I doubt that anything will happen. I actually think that's not enough anywayz and that damn site needs to be taken offline ASAP. Any ideas what to do??

PS: Guess which sponsor they are promoting... Yep, you are right - it's AFF of course

Well, why is it my fault when they are hotlinking to my site or a surfer did and their script allows it? Is it my responsibility to add all fusker sites to my htaccess (which I did with fuskem.com now, or better - the webair guys were so nice to do that for me)? Or is it mandatory to spend loads of money for a linksentinel, just because there are sites with systems that hotlink to my images without me giving permission to them? I don't think so.

Oh, and btw - I got an answer from the fuskem.com webmaster, he immediately removed my site and even sent me a link with a tutorial to block fusker at my sites. So, none of the bad guys, I'd say :winkwink:

Next you'll be telling me you get hits from these new things called search motors. No, that's not right, steam engines. Hmmm .... Oh, whatever, I know one's called poodle.
