Am I sure you already knew that you get a free companion ticket when you buy a first class international ticket. But who actually pays for first class international tickets? I just saw on the website they have a new program where you get up to 4 free domestic companion tickets a year on coach. Your ticket has to be over $299 to get a free one and if it's not they just charge you the $299 anyway. Pretty nice benefit!

Where? I've been mulling over going Platinum, this would definitely make it were the yearly fee.

The bastards just bumped it to $450. It goes up all the time. I think when I signed up in 2003 it $350.
