Suggestions for better epassporte security

Suggestion one:
Add birthday verification before every send-moneybookers have that, and even if someone have your password he will not able to send money unless he knows when is your birthday.
Or maybe secret pin which is entered during signup and it cannot be found anywhere.

Suggestion two:If someone broke your account and even found out your secret pin, then it should be option to freeze account outside account panel where you will be able to freeze your account with two pin numbers(Something like when you use PUK number on your cellphone if you forget pin number)

Suggestion three:making a program or firefox extension where user will be able to see online statement of epassporte account, and also then user can see what's happening with his account all the time if he will be online always so then user in bad situation can act fast if that will be requied. For example, good function will be popup which will notify if someone login inside account and that is not you.
So,could be this good?

Even easier - dont give out your password to anyone and never use something you use anywhere else

Yeah birthdate verification would be good, or confirmation emails where you have to click the confirmation link to send any amount of money over, say, $100

How about something simple like not letting users pick their own password..

Autogenerate a random one on signup.. they click a link in email to be taken to a page on the site to get the password...

auto-expire it every couple months and go thru the process again.
