What are some good sites that teach how to rapidly gain muscle mass / decrease fat?
Im 22 and its im noticing im developing a tire around my waist - havent ever had that problem before :1orglaugh
Before university, I was quite active, exercising at least an hour a day 5x a week, but now Im finding I dont have that kind of time anymore.
There is so much information on the web, most of it contradicting other stuff on the web. Id just like to know what the best routine is to build muscle mass and decrease fat mass.
The key is best routine. For example - there are dozens of methods to build ab muscles - but which will give me the most results in the least amount of time? crunches? curlups? situps? bridges? Surely one of these is better than the others.. but which?
