Does epassporte answer emails in their message center???
 

I've been trying to open an epass account for 2 days now. I've sent 2 emails through their message center.

No response.

I call, wait an hour on the phone, to only run out of time and have to run back to the hospital.

WTF?

Answer your messages in your msg center. If you can't, then provide your customers, or I should say new customers (who already regret signing up for the service) with another means of getting answers.

I usually get mine within 24 hours

My last message was answered through there in 14 days. The answer was helpful though :thumbsup

haven't received answers on two of mine.. had to phone long distance and wait 30+ minutes..

Does Epassporte answer anything? if it wasn't fot Michael O I dont think Epassporte would even exist,

No they do not answer their message center emails. I have 4 going so far dating back to the 21st of Feb. Line busy 24/7. Shitty.

if you want anything doing - get hold of michael.

Ive never had a problem with epass, but you guys are constantly scaring the shit out of me.

I sent a msg on Feb 1st that has not been answered.
