Just Bought A Treadmill And Cross Trainer!!

I really hate going to the gym, it pisses me off having to get out of bed, get ready and get there etc...

So I bought a Treadmill and Cross Trainer for the house, thats the two main ones I use anyway. Means I can do more working out as well so I think its gonna be much better.

Anyone got home work out systems?

MaDalton 02-28-2007 02:25 PM

and still we will win next time :winkwink:

I've used home work out machines over the years, but really for time spent, they don't compare to the gym. Except of course for doing cardio, that's just as good at home.

I have an eliptical at home. I love it for when I don't feel like running outside.

Its only for Cardio in all honesty. I'll still go to the gym to do weights machines and free weights as well. The times I want to go to the gym are the times its busiest, but the people stick to the Cardio machines etc and the weights are always free. This solves that problem for me :)

got a exercise bike, I hang clothes on it lol

We bought a jogger a month ago. I also hate gyms, so now I wake up and hop on the threadmill for an hour - naked.

congrats ross. we picked up a nice elliptical machine over the holidays and use it 5 times a week.

Yeah, it will become an expensive clothes hanger if unless you use this trick.

Buy an alarm clock and set it on your treadmill. Set it to go off at the times you are going to workout.

I really think I will use it to be honest. I paid enough for it, I'm not gonna let it go to waiste. Also I'm going to Florida/Miami on June 14th, so that leaves me enough time to get in shape... Motivation.
