Just Bought A Treadmill And Cross Trainer!!
I really hate going to the gym, it pisses me off having to get out of bed, get ready and get there etc...
So I bought a Treadmill and Cross Trainer for the house, thats the two main ones I use anyway. Means I can do more working out as well so I think its gonna be much better. Anyone got home work out systems? |
and still we will win next time :winkwink:
|
I've used home work out machines over the years, but really for time spent, they don't compare to the gym. Except of course for doing cardio, that's just as good at home.
|
I have an eliptical at home. I love it for when I don't feel like running outside.

We bought a jogger a month ago. I also hate gyms, so now I wake up and hop on the threadmill for an hour - naked.

Yeah, it will become an expensive clothes hanger if unless you use this trick.
Buy an alarm clock and set it on your treadmill. Set it to go off at the times you are going to workout. |
big fucking mistake !!!!
once you have the shit at home you never use it |
