how can people outside USA and EU get CCBill accounts?
 

as CCBill only process for people in EU and USA how can sites based in say Canada or Australia get CCBill processing?

Hey Paul hit me up, I used to talk with people from CCbill couple weeks ago because i need to set up a CCbill account and I am located in Russia, and they told me how i can open an account with their company even located not in EU or US. Contact me ICQ 206668535

but to get visa processing you need to provide ID from the country your company is based in. its easy to set up a US company, but you still can't seem to be able to get visa processing.

with my above comment, i was not referring to Visa, just to getting approved for a non-visa account

Non Visa all you will need is a company in the EU or in the USA. Visa, straight from Doug Wick's mouth, can't be done unless you have a valid passport from the region.

you need to find somebody you trust from the US or Europe to become the principal of your US or European corp OR have them set up the account in their name.
