Well... i had dinner an hour and a half ago.... had some penne all'arrabiata

i had a snickers bar

I had a sandwich with spicy chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, mayo, and pepper with a diet pepsi. total time: 3 minutes prep. Total cost: approx $1.00

I had a Caesar salad with chicken and avocado. It was pretty good.

Shake with an apple, banana, honey, one cup of whole oats, water, ice and protein isolate.

i add kraft dinner lol! love craft dinner :)
