so, the only way for anyone to buy/renew submit passes with you, for all of the big tgp's you represent, is to FAX you a credit card authorization form or MAIL a check/money order ala 1996?

Are the TGP's ok with this?

i think you could email a scan dude.. or use epass and dont verify anything..

epass is currently unavailable, that's why he's asking... emailing could be an option though...

Hey Ray, we need a copy of your credit card on file as we have encountered a TON of credit card fraud. We only need it once so don't worry you don't have to send it to us each and everytime you place an order ;)

GTS asked me to send them a scan/fax long ago, and never once again after that. They take the appropriate measures to ensure the security and safety of their customers and company, and I as a customer appreciate that. Some companies don't take similar approaches to preventing fraud, and I wish that they would restructure their policies and practices more like GTS does. Chargebacks and fraud cases are a bitch to handle. Thumbs up GTS! You guys rock!

Is it even legal to have a photocopy of someones credit card? makes no sense to me. Red Tape BS
