Depends on what part of the planet you are living...

Bought a Chrysler Sebring for Patty few year ago and we both LOVE it... Nice looking, good performances, easy on the gaz and comfortable enough for long rides...

Magalie 02-28-2007 10:41 AM

so Canada it is ? I'd go with a Mazda.. .they have many models depending on what you need and price you wanna pay. They're cute, reliable and not expensive on gaz. :thumbsup

That or a Honda Civic or Accord...

pornguy 02-28-2007 10:55 AM

Just depends on your needs., I would stay away from american cars,

WebairGerard 02-28-2007 10:56 AM

Best Buy in that range is a Honda Accord fully loaded. The new Civics are pretty cool too.

Azoy? 02-28-2007 10:57 AM

i was thinking of Chevy Impala SS
anyone has or knows anyone that has it ?

If you buy a GM make sure it has a 3800 engine in it.

Yes, my grandpa and my father (who's also a grandfather). I wouldn't really consider it a Midsize car, it's got some mass to it. My gramps has a blue one that is FUGLY. Dad's got the black. Both had older the last generation Impalas too, and both recently upgraded to the new SS.

Are you a grandfather yet?

Forest 02-28-2007 12:01 PM

i own a hyundai xg350 and fucking love it

they stoped making them in 05 or 06 so you would have to buy a used one

they replaced it with the azera which i also love

Azlord 02-28-2007 12:15 PM

I like my Acura TSX

Kimo 02-28-2007 12:18 PM

honda or toyota

Dollarmansteve 02-28-2007 12:20 PM

Pontiac G6 GT

Fresh 02-28-2007 12:29 PM

go for a Chrently. Good bang for the buck.

edit: its not necessarily mid-size but its in a reasonable enough price range.

not a grandpa yet but the new Impala is not old style. With the new engines they got in their it moves.

MikeVega 02-28-2007 04:28 PM

My daily commuter is a Honda Accord .. I just got it. before that it was an Acura TL S-Type. both Honda and both great cars .. good on gas and tons of options. I have no complaints

It's not a bad car, but like I said...my father and gramps both drive them. It would be hard for me to consider wanting the same car they are driving.

For about the same price, you can pick up a Cadillac CTS.

Vendzilla 02-28-2007 05:52 PM

My mom has an accord, she's really happy with it, it's a 06. Damn thing is pretty fast. I only drive 4x4's

evildick 02-28-2007 05:58 PM

I really like the new Charger with the hemi in it. Not even a Dodge fan, but something about it I like. If I bought one, I'd have to paint the rebel flag on the roof. :winkwink:

Altima is one of the best bangs for the bucks IMO. Awesome (upgraded) engine at a decent price.

If you want something bigger, Camrys last forever.

lorine 03-01-2007 04:30 AM

I`d recommend Honda Accord. The car looks great, price isn`t that bad and also this car is very reliable.

JackRoyal 03-01-2007 12:14 PM

Mazda 6 man, or a 3. The 3 is pretty big for a compact and if you get the 2.3sp it's pretty peppy. The 6 with a v6 is really powerful but I prefer smaller cars because I hit shit in parking lots a lot with bigger cars.

Azoy? 03-01-2007 03:15 PM

I would love a hemi but it's $$$$$$
many people in this thread seem to love the Honda Accord.
might actually look at that one but I would have to take it with the V6.
seen to many people with the Honda Civic try to race my previous V6 and were hotshots until I blew them away.
So a V6 is a must so I can leave them in the rear mirror.

none... happy with my Trans Am... although I can't get around worth a shit in this blizzard type weather... Moral of the story: don't buy rear-wheel drive sports cars in the midwest... atleast not w/o a spare winter driver. haha!

PHP-CODER-FOR-HIRE 03-01-2007 03:21 PM

Get a 1-year old car :)

RawAlex 03-01-2007 03:25 PM

Midsize? Hmm... A Volks Jetta is not a bad choice, the new volks GTI with the dsg is a bomb... but those are smaller than what most americans think of as "mid size".

Yeah i hear you. in Canada we also need a 4 wheel drive car or front drive wheel car.

spideriux 03-01-2007 04:52 PM

older one : Audi S2
new: BMW M3 or VW R32

dready 03-01-2007 05:13 PM

VW Jetta is good, but is a small.

Audi A3 might be a nice choice.

Nicky 03-01-2007 05:23 PM
