I have a video website and the flash player on it has a problem. Sometimes the video shows half of the video screen and the other half is missing. It shows a white blank sheet for the missing part. It is only broken part of the time. When I refresh it shows the entire video screen, but more often than not, it does not show the entire video screen. I have done tests with different flash players and the problem still existed so I am 10000% sure that it has nothing to do with the flash player itself.

no idea, but is this a browser problem or does it occur in multiple browsers?

How does it work repeatedly opening in flash players, not via an embedded html page? ie is it a pb with the .flv file?

i am going to step out...if not solved by tonight, i will take a look. What version of IE is the problem too??? is it in the latest version only?

sometimes the problem is tied to the scrolling wheel.... when that happens, i just scroll down, then back up and the video goes again... i could try find a total fix, just hit me an email describing it all... i'll think about it at work tomorrow, 'cause i need to get some rest in a few

its windows media player problem, sometimes that happens (even in FF or Opera) and you can't fix it

try to hit CTRL + F5 if you see half of video, or close IE windows and open it again

this happens in IE6 and IE7
and the video is not playing in windows media player. it's a flash player. I have already discovered that the problem does not have anything to do with the flash player itself. I can explain why, but I would bet my life on it, since I have made numerous tests and know for a fact based on other sites that use the same flash player and do not have this problem.

you see I know for a fact it does not have anything to do with the flash player itself because I have seen other websites who use the same exact flash player and they do not have this problem.

It's an overlay problem, I wasted an entire fucking week dealing with this problem with some other cam software I developed....

I should have been more detailed. It does not work at all because you have certain features within your flash player that does not allow it from working with my site. I added your AIM contact to my list but never see you online.

If you're interested, I need a new flash player made, if that is the problem.

Hmmm, my AIM is online most of the (european) day, and my aim shows online from my icq, so I don't know what's going on there...

Not sure why my player wouldn't work with your site though.
