Sounds illegal.

Couldn't tell ya if it is or isn't. I actually think it was part of a "buyout", where by someone goes in and makes an offer for "everything" in the store. Not sure and don't care I got one and it rocks!

Wooops take that back, now he says 650 + shipping and I will assume the mfg warranty is still in effect.

Sony gives 3 years warranty and replaces the monitor after 7 pixels are burned in this period.

i have such monitor and don't think it's worth the risk to buy these from such hands and without warranty, etc.
