UltraEdit
www.idmcomp.com I don't like editors with huge GUI's. UltraEdit is fast, and powerful. I haven't tried some of these others that were listed. |

Dude MX has nearly the same damn layout as HomeSite when you switch to editor mode. How can you not like it? Lots of other cool shit like server sniplets, etc. I have a huge library of stuff I pre-written and I plug it into my code with a single freaking macro.
I gotta say Dreamweaver MX
After using homesite MX just seemed so much cleaner and easier. Mainly cleaner :) |
Dreamweaver MX rules! Homesite is pretty good too.
vi.
Hmm going to try mx now
Vim / GVim is definately where it's at. You can even run it under windows if you insist.
nm only got ultra dev, anyone use that ..... for now Im sticking with vi
NuSphere's PHPED is godly. It's $300 unless you pirate it, but well worth it if you spend a lot of time coding IMO.
