no its not, its nothing like epass...you can't get cash out just spend it online... nowhere there it says its a visa...just a virtual gift card.

Someone needs to come up with something fast. Chio talked about one for a while, but I dont know what happened.

Netcash is for subscriptions and micro payments on websites.

Yeah, ARS integrated all of their 800 sites with NetCash and are doing really well.

An actual Paypal/Epass replacement I have used and like is Litepay. So long as it's not CP, they have no problem with adult.

Litepay looks pretty interesting... just scares me to trust a lot of money to unknown payment sites like that.
