why when I try to enter 4 digit pin I get this error: There was an error setting your PIN. Please try again later.

is it just me ? or they updating something ?

its not really minor, i cant activate my visa and use it :(

Had this before. But the card worked with the pin.

Try to activate and enter the new pin. go to the ATM. i had luck and it worked perfect.

i just got this card, it activated the card fine... but it asks to enter new 4 digit pin, after I enter it I get error.... if I go to ATM i dont have pin # to use., what pin did you use?

I got the same error when activating my card. Try it at an ATM, you'll find it probably works.

I just got off the phone with epass for the same issue and was told that although I can activate the new card I cannot set the pin until the card is valid on March 1st.
