Vampire Wine .... not bad for $7 a bottle ..
 

My father in law likes to try all kinda of wines. he just picked up a few bottles of Vampire Merlot ( made in Transylvania as you may have guessed ). it was only $6.99 a bottle but he wanted to give it a try. I just cracked it open and it's not bad. A few days ago I took a tour of a few vineyards in Virginia and bought some nice bottles of wine ( in the $40 -$70 range per bottle) I love wine and I have to say this Vampire is not bad ..:thumbsup

have bought that wine before. not bad - not amazing but the name and fact that they own the url kinda make up for it LOL

Yeah .. I think the Goth type label sucked me in a bit .. the little blood drip and all .. like you said .. not the best but it's pretty good for $7

I can't think of the name but a few years ago a red wine from maybe Chili with a little plastic bull hanging from the neck as a decoration was awesome. I used to really be into expensive wine back in the day before I got poor and this stuff was reasonable and quite good.

My ex used to love that stuff... its not terrible, its not great, but its not bad for a $7 bottle of wine...

that sucks .. A friend of the family owns a restaurant in Manhattan and I get all my wine through him. that's why we'll get a case at a time. we got it for cost .

yeah, it's $4 here.. just a regular wine, made by a respectable winery: Recas.
we have better wines in the $3-$5 range, this one sells because of the label - it's not so popular here tho..

Is this wine anygood ? I like the black bottle.But 7$...How good can it be at 7 dollars ?

Yeah it's ok for the price. The Albertsons near our place was selling them 2 for 10 bucks

I brought some of that back from Transylvania. Good stuff :)

damn :( I guess I won't admit to it... but a steak, twice-baked potato, and a glass of... that stuff is so good
