Hit up a college or technical school, post on the boards (the real ones made of cork) in the computer science department that you're looking for some dudes that speak fluent Japanese and have the skills you need. You can draw out lots of talent this way. Just don't hit up schools in the sticks where theres no foreign students, like where half the commentors here are probably from.Comment
