Physiotherapist is what my doc recommended when I got rear eneded. My back still flares up though :(

I also suffer from bad back pain, especially at night. I now go to massage therapy every other week and (try to) stretch daily.
The massage care really seems to help keep the pain away.

Don't ignore the possibility of kidney stones. I get them and the bigger they get, the worse my back pain gets until I finally go to the Urologist to have them blasted. Back pain disappears almost instantly :2 cents:
