I have finally recovered (for the most part)

I was very sick for nearly a week. Caught a really bad flu thats going around.

103 Temp
achey muscles
my lungs were screwed, had about 1/4 to 1/2 of my lung capacity
hot and cold flashes that brought pain to my inner core
Severe coughing, so much that my lungs chest and throat were in extreme pain, especially at night.
I couldnt eat or sleep at all. I finally got a nights sleep with only a couple awakenings last night. I can tell my stomache has shrunk since I couldnt keep anything but liquids down.

Anyway....IM back in the saddle again. I am still suffering a little with coughing and hocking shit out of my lungs. but the hard part is over.

I have developed bronchitis/pneumonia

Sorry to hear you're under the weather deej.

I had pneumonia/bronchitis the past two winters...but so far managed to avoid it this season.

Get lots of rest, stay hydrated and don't be in a rush to get back to work - or it'll only aggravate it.

THats pretty much what Im doing...taking antibiotics, plenty of fluids, resting and horking this shit up...
