I am just curious, with all those new sponsors opening everyday, whats going to be next. If every webmaster is going to open a webmaster program, then who is going to promote them????

people fail horribly with their own programs.... or else everybody would just send their traffic to their own paysites...there is a method behind the madness of marketing a sponsorship and individual site...everybody cant do it

Ya sounds like alot of people are gonna crash hard and realize that not everyone can open a webmaster program. I think it's possible for someone who might want to push a couple sites on a recurring basis to just a couple of webmasters. Otherwise it's gotta be a fuckin headache. Especially the pay-per-trial stuff.

Most of these sponsors just share the same content on each of their sites and slap together a targeted tour for each niche.

What I think we need are people who are passionate about 1 theme and do it right. Like a sponsor claims 250,000 pics, but if you join their latina site for example - only 50 pics are latino girls and the rest are something else.
No stories about them, only 1 or 2 shitty plugin feeds about lantio etc...

I want to see sponsors with only 1 niche, and those sites are 100% focused on their niche.
I hate seeing a company boast they have 50 sites because that just means they really have 50 little shitty sites all bunched together and rolled up.

you're right. exactly why i love the current online adult situation. and why i laugh everytime i hear someone bitch about how this business is becoming over saturated.

We have tried to focus on a niche but people don't care they get in and out because they know they can chargeback or cancel.

So what ends up happening is that you spend alot of money on a certain niche that won't reacurr no matter what you do.

We have tried it all from a little bit of content to everything you can buy and the retention % will remain the same. around 2-3 months average
So what we all have done is bought enough content for each niche and a but load of other stuff because surfers are mostly curious and impulsive. remember its all an impulse buy. most people can't afford $30 a month on porn they try to get it for free.


I can't speak for others but we focused on building the best mouse trap so you make the most money out of your traffic.

we have had paysites for 7 years and programs for 6 years.
just like everything else we've had our share of ups and downs.

Right now we are Up like a mother fucker our shit is converting off the hook.
