looks a little bit different, copied refers to being exact and the other site is no where near an exact copy.

You should contact their host, but I'd make sure this isn't "designer" related first. Unless of course you designed it.

I doubt it's original enough for a C&D since, the layout is almost the same, but it's not like there is much design...anyway, being copied always sucks, but I wouldn't waste any time going after them.

Hey... its just the same pattern and design... but i doubt it was ripped... The similarities may just be coincidental. So i think that design can be used.

i saw the letter "A" being auctioned here for :2 cents: :2 cents: yesterday... but the owner of "A" is still cool even im using he's letter "A" right now... so can you :winkwink:

lol.. maybe their display sucks.. its pretty obvoius since im a designer as well. its blatantly screencap and edit/slice it to make the site expand or something. it would be easy if the original html/css are expandable. im using glasses now maybe my astigmastism is ok now lol

Yea exactly, I mean I have nothing aginst someone who uses another site as their inspiration as I've done that myself. When I'm trying to come up with a layout for one of my own sites, I'll often look around and take ideas for several other sites and build that into my own site.

However this is direct rip off of the tabe design images and the tabe layout's themself. Even the css is almost the same.

thats my method as well. i always go to sites i like before doing a new design/layout..

you checked the files names and the slicing? i can;t check vicd files names co's it redirects to the main page.

LOL @ not ripped comments, look at these two files for example:

me as designer know how pitty its to see design stolen, anyway mostly you cant do anything with it, just ask owner, if you get no reply, forgot it cause you will only fill your brain with bad feelings and it will make your work only worst :winkwink:
