Officially: The reason I am with SinHost is because I was happy with someone who re-sold their service to me, and when his operation closed, I stuck with SinHost. Since then, it's been because they have been good to me, and the hosting and service are great.

Also, I wouldn't worry about Superman getting mad. For one thing, he's not real. For another, he just isn't the kind of guy to needlessly sue over trademark. :winkwink:

People can sue under a theory of copyright law called "trade dress"--where a trademark, while different, is confusingly similar to another trademark as to dilute that trademark's value. Asides from slight font similarities, the color, the shape, and usage of Brad's logo is dissimilar enough as to probably defeat a "trade dress" claim.

I can tell you from first hand that Brad is by fare one of the best here . I had a host do some bad shit to me and peeople that keep up on these post know what happen and brad was there to save me .
He got my site from there reset it up , for my site guy was out of town , and got me back on line .

SO for you that do not know these guys at SINHOST trust me and all the others here you will not get a better guy or place to deal with , he will take the time to talk you on ICQ and he will always go out of his way to help you

Yeah I worked on that logo with my designer friend Michael in Toronto and artist Jay in Tampa... It took about 1 month of collaboration, believe it or not, but finally the 'S' emerged.

There is actually quite a bit of work that goes into branding. If you guys want I think I still have the rough artwork from at least another half dozen logo designs.
