Important Epassporte News For Duke Dollars Affiliates

Hi Guys,
I wanted to inform you that today we went to wire money into our e passporte account for our affiliate payments due on the 22nd. Our bank notified us that they will no longer allow wires into epassporte due to the online gamming law recently passed. We tried another bank and they said the same thing. We are looking into alternative methods to get money into epassporte. We welcome any and all suggestions. We suggest that Duke Dollars affiliates switch to check payments in the mean time, or we can see if we can do it via paypal which is a last resort method for obvious reasons.
We will keep you up to date of the latest happenings between American banks and epassporte. Pls Note that you will DEFINATLEY GET Your Money!!
We wanted to notify you of this dilema as we have always made it our policy to be up front with our affiliates. We hope for a quick resolution to this problem. If you have any questions feel free to hit up Me 161-350-410, Big Red Machine 288-474-624, or Sherm 235-857
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Duke

Is it possible that the gov could freeze ePassporte's assets or shut them down while they investigate the business that they do with gambling sites?

Just curious :(

A:) Hop in the limo with a briefcase full of cash, & western union the funds to epass :)
B) Fedex a check to epass
C)paypal the funds to epass :1orglaugh

I would be scared shit to paypal that kind of money to e pass. I was thinking of paying affiliates via paypal on a 1 on 1 basis one at a time. It will take 5 days, but its important everyone gets paid.

Do a whois. See where Epassporte is located. Freezing assets just isn't part of that game. However, they can do this sort of thing, making it harder for companies to load money into the system (and making it harder to get the money out) which would lock them out of the market over time.

there is a precedent for such happenings, just look at neteller, evocash, etc... any funds that happen to be sitting interior when the hammer comes down are going to be tied of at the very least. i never got back the $1200 USD i had in my evocash account when the troubles came and they were raided by the US stormtroopers, considering how epassporte is just as much an unregulated and uninsured entity like evocash i don't see it being any different..

true.. maybe some are willing to have their funds rolled over to the next payout date. Looks like you're going to be real busy.

Another example of how Duke will go out of his way to find a way. Duke rocks.

Epass has been a prob for me lately too. My bank refuses to let me load the account now. It's a bitch. =[

shermo 02-21-2007 11:55 PM

Thanks to all affiliates for understanding the situation. As you can see, we are doing all in our power to make sure all of our affiliates are happy. Please contact me and I will get to your account first thing in the morning if you need any assistance changing payout options.
Cheers!

I use B of A, so far no problems, friend uses Chase and each time he tries he has to call chase to manually verify it's ok to do.

Off course not. Epassporte is not an US company.

alredy1 02-23-2007 02:38 PM

epass is a great system. It'd be great if all would be ok.

Tanker 02-26-2007 02:22 PM

Great! You guys go on a list of intelligent sponsors.

I cannot and will not do business with any company or person that uses epass. They have the morality and ethics of a gypsy whore.

Yes they can, and they will freeze the accounts. And they will most likely check every single account transactions for gambeling sales.

Can you not load your epassporte account via credit card?

Do you offer your affiliates wire payment?

We do offer payments via Wire if so desired. :thumbsup

We're just trying to let all affiliates know that we need them to switch to wire or check for the time being until we can find a stronger solution. :)
